Shipping
Dive Pro ships Monday through Friday each week, excluding holidays. We typically use UPS and FedEx for our shipments and guarantee delivery to any US Zip Code within 10 business days after shipment. Your choices of available carrier and methods are indicated on our website when you place your order and will vary depending on your location. We reserve the right to upgrade shipping or use alternate carriers at our discretion without additional charge to the customer.
Please note that FedEx typically requires a signature for delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone will be available at the destination address to sign for the package when it is delivered.
Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING may be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or the method of Dive Pro's choice. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for FREE SHIPPING products where the customer has requested a premium shipping method.
All orders for IN STOCK products will typically be processed and shipped the next business day for Expedited delivery orders and within 2-3 business days for Standard delivery (UPS Ground) orders. Stock is subject to prior sale.
Orders for products temporarily out of stock will typically be shipped within 5-7 business days via the shipping method selected by the customer.
Customers will be notified by email within 24 hours of shipment confirming carrier, shipment method and tracking/confirmation number. All products purchased via our website are delivered FOB Dive Pro’s warehouse. Title to the items ordered passes to you at the time we hand off your order to the freight carrier.
Cancelled Orders
Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment without penalty. However, customers are responsible for all shipping charges (outbound & return) for any orders cancelled after the order has been shipped.
Drysuit Orders
Due to the typical make-to-order nature of drysuits, orders for drysuits are non-returnable. Please be certain of size and options required prior to order. Dive Pro may, at its option, accept drysuit returns for a restocking fee of 35% of the advertised selling price on the Dive Pro website. Drysuit returns for material or workmanship defects are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and returns policies.
Prices
All orders are acknowledged via email immediately after being received by Dive Pro. Your order acknowledgement will indicate your name and shipping address, the products ordered, product prices as shown on our website, shipping method and shipping charges. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please contact Dive Pro Customer Service via email at CustomerService@DiveProDiveGear.com or toll free at 1-877-55-DIVER.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed prior to a price change will be honored with the price acknowledged at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders that, through our error or oversight, are incorrectly priced on our web site.
Sales and Other Taxes
We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to delivery addresses in the State of Ohio.
We do not collect sales tax, VAT or any other taxes or duties for orders shipped to other US states, Canada or other destinations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all applicable taxes, duties or other fees are paid as required by their local laws. Depending on the shipping method selected, customs brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Information
Product specifications, images, descriptions and other data, including available colors and sizes, are believed to be accurate as shown on our website and we have done our best to ensure that the information related to each product is correct. However, Dive Pro is not responsible for incorrect product specifications, images, descriptions or other product information. We will attempt to correct any inaccurate product information as soon as we become aware of any errors, whether through our own review or notification by customers or other third parties.
All product images are believed to be an accurate representation of each product. However, manufacturers do make minor changes to their products during the normal course of business and the current product may differ from the image shown. In addition, some product images are provided for illustration only and are not intended to represent a specific item.
Product specifications, colors, sizes and other options may be changed by our suppliers without notice. In addition, product availability may change without notice and products may be discontinued without advance notice. Although we make every effort to ensure that all the products shown on our website are available, we cannot guarantee every item’s availability.

Size Charts
Most, but not all, manufacturers provide size charts for their products where appropriate. We are constantly checking to ensure that we have the latest available size charts for the manufacturers that we represent, particularly for wetsuits.
Please note that high-stretch products, such as Henderson Titanium Hyperstretch and XS Scuba PyroStretch, may have different size charts due to the extreme stretchability of the material compared to conventional neoprene. All size charts are believed to be accurate at the time they are posted to our website. However, Dive Pro is not responsible for the accuracy of size charts or the suitability of a particular size for any individual customer.

Dive Pro collects information necessary to provide an efficient and enjoyable online shopping experience for Dive Pro customers and registered members. Your personal and credit card information is password protected at Dive Pro and only accessible to our Customer Service associates who need it to fulfill your order or assist you with a return or other transaction.
