Dive Pro’s No Hassle Returns Policy

 

At Dive Pro, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your scuba gear purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your new equipment, you can return it to Dive Pro with no hassle and no questions asked.  You will receive your choice of a full refund, less shipping charges, on your credit card or a credit toward your next Dive Pro purchase.  If we made a mistake and you are returning products due to a Dive Pro error, we will also refund the original shipping charge.

 

Our No Hassle Returns Policy is simple.  Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your gear, contact Dive Pro customer service via email at CustomerService@DiveProDiveGear.com or call toll free at 877.55.DIVER and we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with your RMA number.  Fill out the RMA form and include it with the product that you are returning.  It’s that simple. 

 

Terms of our No Hassle Returns Policy

To be eligible for return, products must be in new and unused condition.  Please thoroughly inspect and try on any new scuba gear as soon as you receive it.  Any product that has been in the water or shows other signs of use or modification of any kind will be considered used and is not eligible for return. 

 

When you contact Dive Pro customer service, we will email you a RMA form within a short time of receiving your request.  Please be sure to have a copy of your original invoice available, as you will need some of the information in order to complete your RMA form. 

 

Please fill out the RMA form completely so we can process your return without delay and will know if you wish to receive a refund or credit.  No returns can be accepted without a completed RMA form.

 

After completing the RMA form, please securely pack the product for return shipment along with the original manufacturer’s packaging and all instruction manuals, warranty cards and any other related materials.  You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to Dive Pro.
